Caravan Hire - New Wine 2026
Event Dates: 28 July - 3 August 2026
We would usually expect to deliver and fully site and set-up your hire caravan, ready for your arrival. Popular optional items also include awning hire with awning erection & dismantling service and picnic table & chairs hire.
Caravan Hire Costs
Caravan hire costs are for the event duration, with delivery and collection by us to the event.
For example, Delivery of a caravan on Monday, ready for your arrival Tuesday when the event starts. Collection again on Monday morning after the event ends Sunday afternoon.
Please note the event pricing below INCLUDES delivery, siting & set-up and collection of the caravan at the end of the hire:

You will need to book and pay direct with the event organisers for campsite fees and entry badges.
Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.
*We regret we cannot offer awning hire without us putting the awning up as the site does get very busy at New Wine and if we leave a space for the awning when we site the caravan, there is no guarantee that it will still be available when you arrive and want to erect the awning!
**The number of chairs supplied will match the number of berths available in the caravan. For instance, a four berth caravan will have four chairs supplied with the table. Additional chairs can be hired at a cost of £5.00/chair, subject to availability.
