Tilshead Caravans have for many years delivered caravans to the New Wine events.
We would usually expect to deliver and fully site and set-up your hire caravan, ready for your arrival. Popular optional items also include awning hire with awning erection & dismantling service and picnic table & chairs hire.
Costs
Caravan hire costs are for the event duration with delivery to the event included.
Delivery by Wednesday 24th July 2024 @ 4pm ready for your arrival when the event starts on Thursday, with collection on Wednesday 31st July @ 10am.
Please speak to us if a longer hire is required, for those involved in the setup or for village hosts arriving in advance of the event start and we will quote accordingly.
Please note the event pricing below INCLUDES delivery, siting & set-up and collection of the caravan at the end of the hire.
As in previous years we anticipate that we shall have a member of our team on site for most of the event period in order to offer support and assistance to our clients if required. This enables us to ensure we are offering quality caravans with a quality service and backup.

You will need to book and pay New Wine direct for event participation. Entry to the event is not included with our caravan hire services.
*We regret we cannot offer awning hire without us putting the awning up as the site does get very busy at New Wine and if we leave a space for the awning when we site the caravan, there is no guarantee that it will still be available when you arrive and want to erect the awning!
**The number of chairs supplied will match the number of berths available in the caravan. For instance, a four berth caravan will have four chairs supplied with the table. Additional chairs can be hired at a cost of £5.00/chair, subject to availability.
Campsites
We deliver directly to New Wine 24, Bath & West Showground. You will be allocated a specific site 'Village' at the event by New Wine and we shall site your caravan on this Village with the assistance of the Village Host.

How to Book
1. Check out our caravan hire pages on this website to decide on the caravan which may suit you best.
2. Request your caravan booking online, call us on Tel. 01980 863636 or Email Us for more details and to check availability.
3. Provisionally reserve your caravan for 72 hours to give you time to contact the event to check availability and book a pitch.
4. Confirm your caravan hire booking with our usual £250.00 deposit to ensure you do not miss out!
