The Swift Basecamp remains a popular choice, based on an exciting, stylish, compact crossover camping vehicle created for life's adventurers. Lightweight, well-equipped and with features designed to ensure you enjoy your leisure activities it is a modern take on a touring caravan.

Compact in size and weighing in from only 1043kg (MTPLM), the 2024 Swift Basecamp models can be towed by smaller cars and are easy to store when not in use. 

There are three models of the Swift Basecamp for 2024 - the two-berth Basecamp 2 plus the Basecamp 3 and the Basecamp 4 which both offer four berths.

 

 

Key features for 2024 models include:-

• Powerful Whale blown air heating keeps you warm all year round

• Aluminium framed front seat bases lift up to allow storage for extra equipment

• Basecamp 2 variant: The front seating makes up into a large double bed 6' 6" wide by 6' 0" long or two single beds

• Basecamp 3 variant: Front double fold-down bed 6’ 6” x 4’ 3" plus side dinette which can form a single bed if required

• Basecamp 4 variant: Front double bed 6’ 6” x 4’ 3" plus side dinette which can form two bunks if required

• Kitchen with hot & cold water, Dometic fridge, oven, 3 burner hob and grill and FENIX kitchen worktops (resistant to scratches, hygienic and easy to clean)

• Separate washroom with toilet, basin and shower

• Ocean soft furnishing scheme with Oxford Tweed woodgrain and contrasting furniture matches

• Removable zipped bags provide great storage, easy access and can be stored fully loaded at home for easier loading

• Large panoramic opening front window

• Exterior gas BBQ point, exterior shower/wash and exterior 230V mains socket

• Roof mounted 100W solar panel

• Grade Three Thermal Insulation rating (all year round use)

• Wide external door has fitted window and door flyscreen

• Exclusive Swift Command control system with NEW control panel with improved user interface and functionality
