Caravan Hire 

Event Dates: No event in 2021

Tilshead Caravans have for many years delivered our hire caravans to the Larmer Tree Festival.

The organisers have confirmed that there will not be an event for 2021 but in the past we have sited caravans in specific campsites and we had a particular Tilshead Caravans area so that we could ensure that we were able to look after our clients more easily. 

Hirers have usually needed to purchase a Van Pass (but not an Additional Car Pass) to gain access to this field. This must be purchased direct from the Larmer Tree Festival Box Office.

We would usually expect to deliver and fully site and set-up all hire caravans, ready for client arrival. Popular optional items also include awning hire with awning erection & dismantling service or picnic table & chairs hire.

The Festival was a four day event, running from Thursday - Sunday. 


Van Field

The Van field is a general campsite for 'live-in' vehicles such as caravans and motorhomes. It is flat, easy to access and has all the basic facilities such as fresh water, toilets and showers, that you might want, although of course our caravans already offer these facilities.

For all Ticket holders where we are delivering a caravan:
Caravans are expected to be sited in the Van Field, usually due to open on the Thursday before the event starts.


Costs - to be confirmed for 2022 in due course

Caravan hire costs are based on the delivery of your caravan ready for your arrival Thursday when the campsites open and collection again on Monday after the event.

Please note the event pricing below INCLUDES delivery, siting & set-up and collection of the caravan at the end of the hire (please contact us for pricing if you wish to collect a caravan from us and tow it to the event yourself):

You will need to book and pay separately (please see event websites) for campsite fees and entry tickets. Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.



We deliver directly to the Larmer Tree Festival, however we can also deliver to any public campsites in the surrounding areas if required.

How to Book

1. Check out our caravan hire pages on this website to decide on the caravan which may suit you best.

2. Request your caravan booking online, call us on Tel. 01980 863636 or Email Us for more details and to check availability.

3. Provisionally reserve your caravan for 48 hours to give you time to contact the Larmer Tree Festival Box Office to check availability and purchase tickets & vehicle passes.

4. Confirm your caravan hire booking with our usual £250.00 deposit to ensure you do not miss out!
