| Fault Finding
and Solutions |
| If you have ever
thought 'if only....' then ask us if we can offer a solution to meet
your needs. |
For example, one client
has a caravan mover fitted to his caravan. When arriving at his home
in the dark, he needs to unhitch the caravan on the road before
using the mover to park the caravan on his drive. Whilst unhitched
there are no lights showing on the caravan, despite it still being
on the road.
We fitted a simple wiring solution to allow the exterior
caravan lights to be switched on whilst the car was unhitched,
offering additional safety and security for the client and his
caravan at a time when the caravan and owner were potentially
vulnerable. |

Why
use us for your caravan and motorhome servicing requirements?
Both touring
caravans and motorhomes will benefit from regular servicing. An
annual service will involve the inspection and servicing of the
habitation areas of your vehicle, including gas appliances and damp
check, plus the often ignored mechanical aspects of the chassis,
from brake adjustment to lubrication of corner steadies. It is
designed to give you the peace of mind that your caravan or
motorhome is safe and ready for use, whatever the time of year or
weather forecast!
Owners of nearly new
caravans and motorhomes will usually need to ensure an regular
service is carried out to maintain the benefit of any manufacturer
or dealer warranty.
Tilshead Caravans
have been independently assessed on workshop facilities and customer
service standards and as a result been granted
Approved Workshop
status. This scheme is overseen and recognised by the National
Caravan Council, the Caravan Club and the Camping & Caravanning
Club.
Members of the
scheme follow a code of practice to ensure the highest standards are
adhered to. |
