Caravan Hire - Larmer Tree Festival
Event Dates: 19 - 22 July 2018
Tilshead Caravans have for many years delivered our hire caravans to the Larmer Tree Festival.
At the time of writing (November 2017) the campsite options for the 2018 have yet to be confirmed by the event but it is likely that in 2018 there will again be two campsite options for the festival, the Van Field or the Comfy Camping area.
For caravans we are delivering and setting up on your behalf, we can only deliver to Comfy Camping, at the request of the Festival, as it provides better facilities for our hirers. We would usually expect to deliver and fully site and set-up all hire caravans, ready for client arrival. Popular optional items also included awning hire with awning erection & dismantling service or picnic table & chairs hire.
Clients who hire our caravans and take them to the event personally may also use the Van Field if you prefer.
The Festival for 2018 is a four day event, running from Thursday - Sunday. Regardless of the ticket you purchase, you will also need a 'van pass and this must be purchased direct from the Larmer Tree Festival Box Office.
Comfy Camping is designed to give a more luxurious festival experience. Open earlier than the Van Field there will be a team of campsite stewards to help you, designated parking, posh loos and hot showers as well as a café, camp fire and BBQ area.
For all Ticket holders
The Van field is a general campsite for 'live-in' vehicles such as caravans and motorhomes. It is flat, easy to access and has all the basic facilities such as fresh water, toilets and showers, that you might want.
We do not deliver to the Van field, as the Comfy Camping area has better facilities at no extra cost, but if you are collecting your hire caravan from us and taking it to the Festival yourself then you will be directed to the Van field unless you have booked Comfy Camping yourself.
Caravan hire costs are usually based on a hire of up to five days, including delivery and collection from the Comfy Camping campsite.
For example, delivery of a caravan on Wednesday, ready for your arrival Thursday when the campsites open and collection again on Monday after the event.

You will need to book and pay separately (please see event websites) for campsite fees and entry tickets. Entry to the event is not provided with our caravan hire services.
We delivered directly to the Larmer Tree Festival to Comfy Camping, however we can also deliver to any public campsites in the surrounding areas if required.

1. Check out our caravan hire pages on this website to decide on the caravan which may suit you best.
3. Provisionally reserve your caravan for 48 hours to give you time to contact the Larmer Tree Festival Box Office to check availability and purchase tickets & vehicle passes.
4. Confirm your caravan hire booking with our usual £250.00 deposit to ensure you do not miss out!
